IndusCircle is a team of experienced and like-minded professionals with the industry experience over a decade in the field of corporate, regulatory and tax compliances.

VISHAL NEGANDHI

Vishal has over 15 years of experience in the legal and financial services industry. His focus is India Inbound and Outbound Investments, advising Investors, companies and investment funds with various aspects of corporate, tax, regulatory compliance (including NBFCs and HFCs) and fund investments and structuring pertaining to investments in and from India. He has worked with a leading Indian law firm in Mumbai and Bangalore for over a decade and has headed India businesses of global corporate and fund services firms like Citco Group, SGG Group in India until recently before joining IndusCircle Corporate & Trustee Services LLP as a partner. Vishal heads the Trustee & Offshore services team and assists various Private Equity, Venture Capital, Real Estate, Hedge and Infrastructure funds concerning their investments and various compliances, including their portfolio companies.

RASHMI NEGANDHI

Rashmi is the head of operations at IndusCircle. She has over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry and heads the team assisting with the business and statutory registrations and related compliances, including Indirect Tax and Labour Law compliances.

PINKESH PANDYA

Pinkesh is the senior member of the corporate & regulatory compliance team at IndusCircle. He has over 10 years of experience and is in charge of entity incorporation and corporate compliance services, corporate search reports, due diligence services and compliances related to Foreign Direct Investments in India.

RADHIKA SALVI

Radhika is a member of the corporate & regulatory compliance team. She has over 7 years of experience and specializes in entity incorporation, corporate & regulatory due diligence and related compliances.

JYOTI PRAJAPATI

Jyoti is a practising company secretary and heads the corporate services team and is responsible for all corporate compliances and certifications for client entities administered by IndusCircle. Jyoti has been in practice since last 7 years with Industry experience of over 10 years.

PALLAV SHAH

Pallav is a qualified company secretary and chartered accountant in practice. He heads the accounting and tax team and is responsible for accounting, financial management, direct, indirect tax compliances, audits (statutory, tax and financial) for all client entities administered by IndusCircle. He has over 12 year of industry experience and worked with one of India’s biggest financial institution in the Merchant Banking Division. He is a visiting faculty and lecturer at various management schools and educational and financial institutions.

PRASANNA NAGANUR

Prasanna is in charge of the Bangalore office and heads the M&A services. He is a practising company secretary and is an advisor to the Board of Directors of several companies. He has over 10 years of professional experience and is an expert in Mergers & Acquisitions, Corporate Advisory & Regulatory Compliance and has advised on a few large M&A transactions. He regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal for matters under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, Mergers, Amalgamations, Oppression and Mismanagement.
